This bracket (see photo) is located on the port quarter of the cockpit combing. It has no identifying marks and appears to be made of two satinless bails, the upper one fixed, the lower one free to swing up and down. It looks like it could hold an anchor or a fishing pole but I don't think so. The boat is a 1975 Oday 20, but my guess is this is an after-market gadget. Any ideas?
