Have you guys never seen a cork-powered marine jackhammer? (The mounts that hold those extra fuel containers are an expensive option, by the way). They're installing a new passenger terminal for the cross-harbor submarine ferry.

Note the airport-style metal detector behind him. TSA requires it now, but the vendor shipped it WAY early.
