What is the refrigerator made up on original 1984 Cat 30

I’m going to be installing a new refrigerator compressor and evaporator. I want to fill in the holes holes from the screws from the thermostat and evaporator. Seeing what the refrigerator material is made up or what you guys would recommend is the best stuff to use to fill-in and sand down? I was thinking maybe an ePoxy used for plastic.

The core is urethane foam, glassed on both sides. Almost anything you use fill the holes would work fine. Epoxy putty would be a quick, no mess solution.
