what is the best self furling jib for a Capri 22

We've got the original 155 on a furler, which we rarely use, and a pair of racing sails that go with a Shaeffer Tuff Luff foil. Once they wear out I might consider going to a furling jib but definitely not the blown out factory sail.

You probably will see a CDI or Schaefer Snap Furl used on Capri 22's. The CDI has it's own specific halyard system incorporated so you do not use your existing jib halyard. If you race so that you might want to change headsails, then the Snap Furl is better suited because you use your existing halyard(s) for quick sail changes. Both have flexible extrusions so that they are not so vulnerable to breaking while stepping a hinged mast.
