I agree with Steve. I used the Kiwi this year. Easy to apply, looks great and so far the non skid areas clean up real nice. I have had lots of compliments
I will be going with Kiwi Grip from SBO when I paint the non skid on my H27. In the past on my C22 I tried Easy Poxy from Petit with the Non skid additive and it was disastorous. It gripped well enough to draw blood and easily collected large amounts of dirt.
Just did mine with KIWI GRIP easy to use. Mask well, don't do it on a warm day or in the sun and remove the masking tape after about 15 minutes or so or the edges may lift up. Do a test panel if you can to get the feel first. Great result and easy to use. GOod luck

1) Mask everything.
2) Work in small sections.
3) Work fast.
4) Yank up masking tape as you go,or risk jagged finish.
5) Have a bucket of water nearby to shake the paint-boogers off the loop roller.

I agree, not grit. It is a lot more like the original gel-coat finish on many Hunters that did NOT have the diamond embossed non-skid.
If you decide to use it, I would suggest that you get some pieces of plywood or some other large piece of flat material and do some tests. I think you will want to double roll it to get a more agressive finish.

We use the Interlux stuff that you buy in the paint aisle, sprinkling it on to just-applied paint with a mozzerella-cheese shaker. It goes into the second-to-last coat of Brightside or Perfection or Awlgrip. The last coat, over it, seals it in as though it's been epoxied.

I got the kiwigrip and they said they send one loopy goopy roller free with gal order however they didnt send it so how important is this roller? Can i get something that will work at lowes? All commits will be appreciated. Lee

I just purchased one gallon of Kiwigrip with a Loopy-Goopy roller from SBO. I received the Kiwigrip but not the Loopy-Goopy roller. I e-mailed SBO and will call them on Monday to expedite it. Did you receive the Loopy-Goopy roller or did you have to find a substitute roller or go directly to Kiwigrip?
My order came with a free roller last year. Honestly, it was similar to a textured ceiling style of roller (if you don't want to wait)...
