What is IMPORTANT when looking for a used boat/yacht?

provide any input regarding what I am missing, what have I put importance on that should not be, or any other advice or input you see fit.
I didn't notice anything in your list indicating what draft of boat you are looking for. When I'm dreaming of my next boat the over all draft comes into play because of where I want to sail and limits which ones I'll consider.

As an Electric car owner (Even built my own EV before they were available to the masses) and I use an electric riding mower exclusively to mow my lawn, I don't understand the desire of some for an electric motor on a yacht. The boat should be sailed, who cares what the motor is. Well most of the time. When there becomes a need to put on the motor due to an issue with the sails or wind or whatever the power density of battery bank, compared to a fuel tank, isn't going to cut it (within the purchase price you suggest anyway). An EV boat might be getting ok for getting in and out of a dock but I wouldn't rely on it getting me back during an emergency way out at sea.

My 0.2 anyway.

I didn’t read all the posts so I may be repeating…..Your desires and price range, I believe, is barely doable with the exception of one thing…..your involvement in working on it. The only way to get the majority of what is on your list ( minus the e-drive) is to find a passage maker that has been used extensively and is up for a major refit and hopefully no rot. So to get it, plan on $50k+ for the boat and another $100k ( probably $150k) for a major refit done by a professional. You could probably do it yourself for $75kish.

For me when looking and more importantly now after I bough is 1-rot, 2-power plant, 3- electrical systems, 4- cabin layout/comfort, 5- sails. What doesn’t matter (to me) is electronics because they are probably out dated already
