What is diameter of '96 H26 sail slug?

I am breaking old sail slugs. They are 5/16" diameter which is supposedly an unusual size and a special order that would rule out sailing this coming weekend. Every mast my sailmaker has seen accepts 3/8" and he has those in stock. Boat is an hour away but I have the sail. Some slugs are sewn on (at the battens).

Does anyone know for certain if a stock '96 H26 mast can take 3/8" sail slugs?

Just had all slugs replaced on main on our '94 H26 - they were 3/8" - mast is an Isomat

3/8 was pretty much standard but get the rounded not the flat ones.
