What is a fair price for a 1995 C250?

What is a fair price to pay for a 1995 C250 with trailer, 8hp Yamaha, cruising spinnaker, plus misc electronics. I found it at http://www.sailingtexas.com/cboats2catalinas.html , but there are not many to compare to it.
