I have a V21 and I see that water can drain thru the keel cable hole but how does water drain from the cabin or the area between the cabin and hull? I do not see a drain plug.

not supposed to have water there.... its a self bailing cockpit,(self draining) but not a self bailing cabin, so if you fill the hull with water you have to figure out how to remove it.... usually with a pump and bucket, manual or electric, and then swab out the rest with a towel.

we have different compartments on our boats so it can be a pain if water gets into all of them, although the compartments arent sealed off from one another higher up along the sides, so if too much water gets in it one area and fills it, it will spill over into the next area.... and so on til it eventually flood the cabin....

but as i said, its not supposed to be in the cabin or bilge area of these boats.
some boats are designed with a wet bilge, but the mac isnt one of them, although when you get a leak somewhere it will happen, so to stay within the confines of the law and for safetys sake, you must have an effective means to bail out the boat if it should become too wet inside...
