This is a joke, right? Did you have a string tied to it?
Underwater salvage is dangerous, specialized work. 147' is beyond safe sport diving depth. And, at the depth, the boat may have hit the bottom pretty hard, and be damaged beyond repair. I would consider an S2 6.7 in 147' of water a total loss.
Incidentally, if you can't figure out hot to go to google and type "S2 6.7 specifications," then maybe you're not sharp enough to do underwater salvage.
The operative word here is lost. Unless it is leaking petroleum You can probably just walk away. It will cost far more to salvage the hulk than to replace it.

I raised my Chrysler 26 in about 15 feet of water and it was a tough job! I suggest at the depth you are looking at to simply walk away from it.

I recovered my 2600lb 23' boat that had sunk in 38'. A diver went down and attached a line to the mast just below the spreaders. A crane on a barge lifted the boat to the surface. The hose from a gas powered pump was dropped in and she was pumped dry. I found two fish in the cabin but it is an expensive way to go fishing!
