That sounds like a plan George. I'd like to get back into shooting. I've had my Class A LTC for 13 years now and haven't got around to buying a handgun.

Matt,
I've been playing Chet Atkins style guitar since I was a kid and I cringe at the thought of breaking a finger. If I can't play my guitar you may as well cut my head off. :D
Here's my cockpit self bailing hose set up.

I wish I could replace that sole plate thru-hull fitting. Look how long it is. Rudy didn't have a shorter one at his store and I probably can't do anything to this one to shorten it up. At least he didn't think so when I asked him.

Given my "natural ability" to play, having my finger out of cmission for a while won't make much of a difference. During our vacation we meet up with some folks who can play well and it's always oneof the highlights of the trip.

For your cockpit drain, I'm not familiar with the layout of our boat but have you looked at one of these?
or ?

On my Paceship 26, a sink drain fitting was factory standard. That may be another option, as long as it's stainless.

That one on the left looks like it would work on my boat Matt,- but it's not Nylon is it? If so, it would have to take 1" ID hose.

I believe these specifically ane polypropylene but I would confirm that. There also are some chromed versions.

Loks like there are a few manufacturers, Seachoice is one of them and TH Marine is another. Jamestown Distributors is where Ifound the two in my previous post but I'm sure the good folks here at SBO can probably help you out as well.

One strange thing is that the 1" size seems to be tough to find. 3/4" and 1 1/8" are no problem.

I'll have to check that out some day soon when it warms up a bit. I'd like to put more pitch in the hose than what I have now and eliminate the 90 degree fitting in my set up
