Own one - love it
Have owned an '89 for 2 years and love it. It is not a real good racing boat as there are very few adjustments one can make to tune the mast. Love the extra space provided by the mast being forward. Gives at least 2-3 extra feet of salon space. Have had no problems other than holding tank needs replaced. Sails great - can singlehand it easily. Fractional rig has it's limitations on foresail selection - small jib. Have sailed in 20+ knots of wind, rail in the water, no reef, with no problems or concerns. Baiscally you are getting the interior of a 34 for the price of a 32 footer. Have never heard of a failure on the freestanding 'tree trunk'(mast). Sometimes I miss having all those 'wires' to grab when walking forward. I would certainly buy another one without a second thought. They are a very comfortable, well layed out boat. Good luck.
