What boat is this?

I have the opportunity to purchase a Catalina Baja, 24', 8' beam, fixed keel. I don't know much about boats, yet. It was built in 1963. Dose anyone know what I'm looking at? Is there a real market value? Is this a Catalina that's talked about on this page? Is there more information about this boat somewhere? Thanks

I do not believe Catalina went into business until later in the 1960's (1969 ish)Regards,Ted
