One of my water tank shut-off valves has failed, the selector lever is loose and will not open the valve. Anyone have a way of opening it? This is a Whale brass shut-off valve part nr WX1573B. I think these have a 10 year warrenty so I'll be talking to Whale on Monday. Thanks. Paul
