Hi all,

Went through the Whale Channel, Abaco's yesterday during slack and it was near flat. Since it was our first time we had some anxiety with getting a good forecast for the trip. Barometer Bob's local forecast on VHF 68 at 8:15 covers the weather and inlet sea conditions and were near perfect. We're now anchored at Great Guana Cay and have gone to Nippers and Grabbers.

Interrogatory: Were Barometer Bob and Skipper Bob the same Bahamian salts?

Moved to Man O War for the Superbowl and more snorkeling, sea glass, and shelling. Wind has been light out of the E mostly so anchored out now for a week. Barometer Bob's flea market is coming up on the 18th so we should hang around for that. Might try Hopetown at high tide if there's room after the sailing races are over. Folkfest is coming up.
