worlds fair marina (nyc) has wet storage avail at very reasonable rates. i have no problem with that since i've seen it at many marinas however my concern is unlike these other marinas they don't have any sort of aerator/bubbler system to prevent icing? i'm really looking to save some $$ however wondering if this should be a concern??
