What ideas are there for hanging foul weather clothes?

That would depend entirely on how much room you have, and if you dont mind a wet cabin.
some large boats have dedicated lockers, but some small boats have barely enough room for a person in the cabin... and there is a lot of variation in between these two sizes.
some boats have no cabin at all...

We just hang them up in the main cabin until they are dry. Not enough hanging locker space otherwise.
