Wet Head on C30?

I have a bit of a plumbing problem on my C30. If I'm in a good blow on starboard my head and sink fill with water. Sometimes it's gray and sometimes it seems to be clean. The stopcocks are closed. Where the hell is this water coming from? I'm not too sure that its coming from the holding tank but who knows. Here's another related question. On a port tack I can't pick up water to flush the head. It only takes 15 degrees of heel and no flush. Does anybody have a solution for that one? Thanks.

stopcocks....

If the thru-hulls are closed (intake and exit)there shouldn't be a problem. As far as flushing on Port tack do this: As long as the thru hulls are closed, fill up the head sink and pump as usual. If you use fresh water to flush every time your holding tank won't get quite as funky. Good luck

Precurser to Richard's note...

Your head sink drain is connected to your Head intake line. That way you can use it as suggested by Richard. Quite handy, really.
