SO ihave been told i have awet deck .My stanchions have been leaking . I lost my winter cover in jan and theboat iced up as it melted . I took about to gal to the in side....WHEN we tested it with awater meator it read wet about 6" from the toe rail and for about 20' . I talk to some so called experts ? Some tell me to rebead the stanchions and drill some holes in ceiling in the unseen spots witch are all along the wet area . try to keep the dampness down inthe cabenover the season and it should be dry in the fall. or next fall ? ! One other guy told me it wont dry thru 1/2 " holes and even thow the boat has not begun to show s anty d lam so far. ( it will ) and at that time iwill have to take up my deck for a big repear. p/s The boat is a 89 c 30 in good shape. so what do you guys think. This is some thing i did not want to deal with for a few more years . Ihave no expearince in boat works . DO you think i can do anty of this my self.Iam a handy kind of guy and i work with all kinds of tools Time is a diffrent story how much do you think this will cost Thanks Jack
