I don't think you will find a mooring with launch service for a 30 ft boat for less than 2000-2500 anywhere on the Sound. There may be some municipalities where you can buy and place your own mooring and use a dinghy for less, but then dinghy dock and parking fees plus the initial outlay for the mooring equipment and installation by an approved contractor wind up costing as much or more.
Oh, and winter storage is probably more than mooring costs.
Good thing my wife agrees that boating expenses come under healthcare in the family budget...dare I say mental healthcare?

I've told my kids that I'll try to not leave debt. But if I do, then they should just say they don't know me... Certainly they shouldn't expect anything left...
