We're back from 37C to 450CC

For those of you who might have remembered us as Hunter 37 C owners on this site as "Lonesome Dove". We've sold the ole girl back in September of 2010 and purchased our 450 CC bringing her up from MD to Jersey.

Just wanted to touch base with all of you, perhaps become acquainted with other 45' CC owners and maybe begin a group out of New York Harbor. As with all of our boats though she is a 2000 and in the utmost condition, we've had a few bumps along the road while getting to know her.

We welcome all to say hello!

We'll miss you over on the Cherubini forum. I hope "Lonesome Dove" went to a good home. Heck of a boat that 450CC. Enjoy!

We want to think she went to a good home but truthfully it didn't seem the present owners would care for her the way we did. For the brief time we were on the bay I kept an eye open hoping to see her, but didn't. Would probably just break my heart.

Within 30 days of listing our 37C she was sold, geez barely time to blink! I guess that was a good thing...

Anyway our new 450 is splendid and the PO were unbelievable with her care, I think they polished her topsides every week LOL. We are so thankful to them and promised we would continue loving the boat as they did.

Sorry to hear you have left the Hunter Cherubini family. Hopefully Lonesome Dove's new owners will find thier way to the Cherubini forum. She was possibly one of the last H37Cs built (Sept 1984). In the HIN database I keep, she had the highest hull # - if any came after her, I don't know about them.
