My friend Jerry's Najad 405 in Haleiwa, HI. Jerry is retired and probably sails more than any other person on Oahu. He's out sailing and fishing at least 3 days per week all year.
Here is an image of a three-masted boat I discovered tied up along the docks of Roche Harbor. No one was aboard so that I couldn’t get any stories about her.
I was out for a little sail today on the South end of Lake Michigan. Conditions were not exceptional (foggy, north winds about 10-13 knots). A bit lumps seas with the north wind... But I saw a Hunter 27 leave the marina, so I decided to go out and race them a bit. As I passed them, I grabbed my phone and took some photos and a movie of their boat. They reciprocated and took some shots of Tally Ho. When I got back to the marina, I waited around for them to return to the dock and went over and introduced myself...
We air dropped the photos to each other and I got a few nice shots of Tally Ho from a view I seldom see when I am out by myself!
