Congratulations!

It's always fun to see people who use this forum... and I think this is the first time we've ever seen anyone's wedding cake! That's a great likeness of your boat!

hey, I am a wedding photographer, and

thats the "coolest" cake I have ever seen. Would have loved to have made your wedding photographs on board your Neon Moon. Congrats to you and Lesa. May you have many happy voyages and sail with your hearts!

Congratulations!

The cake is almost as pretty as the bride! The dogs in the dinghy on the cake were an inspired touch! And I loved the seashells etc around the side of the cake! Were any of the boats etc edible creations (bakers can do amazing things with sugar and eggs etc!), or plastic decorations?

That's Really Creative!

We really enjoyed looking at your pictures and thanks for sharing them with us. My wife is into sea shells and animals and thought the addition of with your pets was a really nice touch. They're probably made with marzipan?

Bruce & Lesa - Congratulations and best wishes for a long voyage! Now that there are two of you, don't you think it's time for a larger boat? See you on the lake! Sincerely, Steve & Linda S/V Options

Thanks and Cake Update

Thanks for all the good wishes! The boat and the dighy and dogs are all sculptures, not made out of clay, but something similar and then painted. We have on display at the house, it's a great reminder of a special day! The sea shells were made out of chocolate and needless to say, they disappeared pretty quickly! We had 10 nieces who were flowergirls, so you can imagine..... Regards. Bruce Neon Moon
