I personally like
Bacons in Annapolis for used hardware and sails. However, while Bacons sells stuff via their catalog, you've really gotta be in the store to appreciate what they have. Having said that, I would not recommend trying to sell your old stuff through Bacons as that is a whole other, unhappy, story. I also like Annapolis Performance Sailing (www.apsltd.com)for new and hard-to-find hardware. They, too, sell online.
