Weatherproof electrical connectors?

Hi everyone.
I'm looking for a weatherproof electrical connector and wondering if any of you had a recommendation.

My requirements:
4 wire/4pin
I plan on using 12AWG wire for each pin/wire
4 individual circuits, running individually or all at once)
12v application running outboard lights (a lot of them)
each pin has a minimum Amperage of ~14A and a maximum of ~19A
Total connector amperage potential ~60A at one time.

Does anyone have any thoughts?
I have considered hard wiring each circuit but would really like to have the disconnect ability of a weatherproof plug/connector.

While not weather-proof, the Neutrik Speakon twist lock connectors are being used sucessfully for such applications. they make up to an 8-pole connector, so your 4-pole, (4 circuit) needs should be able to be met. They are large current connectors, so should handle the current you mention.

Maybe something like this. I believe that they are made in larger sizes too, but a couple of these may do the trick.

wrap whatever 'waterproof' connector with silicone tape, self amalgamating tape or Rescue tape

Try your local auto parts store. They sell the "really weather proof" pigtail connectors. Then you solder and weather proof the wire2wire parts and have a weather proof connector you are desiring.

AMP connectors used in the aviation industry. Expensive, but top of the line. Salt water environment not sure though. Double up on pins for greater current capacity.

I'll take a look at the Aviation ones.
Had not seen any at the autoparts store.
I have found Metri-Pack which looks promising.
weatherproof, 2 terminal 46A. So I'll have to run two connectors for my 4 lines but that shouldn't be too bad.
