and we'd like to invite you visit. Please either post here or email us at ricksylvester@msn.com with comments, questions or suggestions. Be gentle though, it's our first web page! We'll be adding more features, pages and correcting the many known errors as we have time. It's kinda like our boat, it'll never really be done. Rick and Kristel sv Anthem

Good Lookin' Boat!

Great web site and a good lookin' boat - the blue hull really made a transformation of the typical Hunter 40. Couldn't believe what a change the color made. Sunset photo - not a cloud in the sky! Does it ever rain there?

Very nice Rick.

Nice website, really nice pictures. I like the dinghy project. What was the final weight after all the coats of Sears latex?

Thanks

John, you bet it rains. I know it doesn't compare to up north but this winter it's either been blowin' stink or raining or both. We've got serious dock fever right about now. Of course, workin' for a living doesn't help either. Ed, I never weighed the Nutshell but the design weight was around 60 pounds and I think mine came in about there. I could hoist it with the gunnel on my shoulder for short distances. We'd cartop it to the marina then flip the transom onto one of those cheapy luggage carts. One of us would steer that with the other toting the bow. It was easy. It rowed pretty nicely, too.

Blue Hull

I know it has been brought up before, but what does it take to get change over to a blue hull? that looks really awsome! Brian s/v CREW REST

Good work, Rick

Simple, clear, clean... and no animation, music, or banner ads! Excellent!
