Ray Bowles makes an interesting observation about sitting in the boat, even on the trailer, to dream about the adventure of sailing. Part of the adventure is the solitude of just being out there, reflecting on life in a wonderful setting that inspires contemplation. Sure beats raking leaves.

I wouldn't say this just anywhere (yea, I know I'm just posting it on the WWW) but, since I trailer sail my H260 just about all the time it's usually in the back yard on the trailer under a big shed. Sometimes I go out and sit in the cockpit, turn on Jimmy B. and have a beer like it's my back porch. But I have to tell you it's better than a back porch.
