I like a list of buoys lat/long for St. Vincent and Grenadines. Supposedly BOAT US has one on their site, but I can't find it there. Are there any other sites listing buoys for that area?

http://www.mdnautical.com/cg_sgwi.htm is a good source but these (as well as most 'cruising guides') are 'private' non-government data, so beware. As in most of 'the islands' government waypoints, buoys, etc. are rarely 'accurate' and very poorly maintained, especially in 'shifty'/changeable bottom areas.
Eyeballs 'reading' the bottom and a depthsounder is the only 'real' and safe way to pilot in these areas, especially where there are 'coral heads'.

This is a site where the buoy lists are for sale. Are there any sites which list the buoys per se?

If you do a little bit of searching, you might find the "Light List" for those islands, usually on a government website.
