I used to own a Wayfarer Mark I GRP and found it to be quite stable and am now considering purchasing a Catalina 16.5. I notice the beam of the Catalina 16.5 is larger and it is also heavier. I've read here some concerns over the stability of the Catalina 16.5. Has anyone sailed both of these to compare?
