I cleaned my boat thoroughly over the weekend, and put two coats of a good liquid wax on the smooth parts of the deck, cabin top, and cockpit. What do any of you use on the molded in rough parts like on the cockpit seats, and the diamond shapped tread stuff over much of the deck and cabin top. In years past, I've just left it alone, but it's fiberglass and oxidizes. Tom Monroe Carlyle Lake

Before you invest...

Before you spend good money on Woody Wax, let me tell you about my experience with the product. BTY, I gave it the bennifit of doubt and used it for 2 seasons. Both seasons it washed off (stop beading water) in 3 weeks or less. In addition, it will continue over time to run off the deck and down the sides of your boat leaving sticky, waxy, streaks which are great for collecting dirt. At $40 bucks a clip, it didn't do it for me. Your better off using Turtle wax car wash.
