All sailboats rig pretty the same.
Dear Mr Watkins23; All boats are rigged preaty much the same way. This is based on the mast type. Is it a fractional or masthead? Are the spreaders swept back or are they straignt out? What type of backstay, single or split?Boomvang? How many shrouds? Also the diameter of the shrouds and stays. Keel? With this info the rigging can be adjusted. A "LOOS" gauge will greatly help with the tension settings. About $45. Once everything is hooked-up in its location the tensions can be set in less than one hour.Books like "The Handbook of Sailing" have drawings that will assist you hooking parts where they go. Then the adjustments can be made.Ray
