There's water seeping from under the very bottom of the mast compression post onto the floor of the cabin. Only a little bit, maybe an eight of a cup, but it happens every time it rains. This is a recent development. I'm worried that water will get in there this winter and freeze and damage the post--we store with the mast up. I could carefully seal around the mast at haulout but maybe the water is coming down inside the mast. Perhaps I should have the mast pulled to see where the leak is coming from. Has anybody else had this problem? What did you do? What was the solution? My boat is a '93 Hunter 30T.
