Water Tank/Battery Area mystery leak

I noticed that when I and another person stand on the starboard side of the boat and towards the stern, water comes through this little hole that is towards the center of the boat. What is this leak coming from? A small crack in the cockpit floor that I epoxied? A leak in the hose for the drain near the transom? Has anyone seen this? Thanks. Dave

Need more information

What kind of boat? And can you take another picture with more of the area around it? Your photo is so close up, I can't tell where it is in your boat.

The boat is a 1979 Oday 22. The picture I have posted is when you open up the cockpit hatch to look down to where the battery sits and where the water tank is. The top of the picture would be the part of the boat closest to the gunnell. Does that help?
