Are you looking to purify/filter your fresh water? I installed a carbon filter under my galley sink that works quite well.
If you'll be making fresh water from salt water, you'll need a reverse osmosis water maker. These are expensive, but nice to have for extended cruising in remote locations. Some are now made in compact, modular units. The trick with them is to use them consistently and do the maintenance, (back flushing, etc.), or the membrane can get clogged. Also, only run the watermaker in water that is free of sediment or pollutants. Good luck!

What exactly do you want to accomplish?
I see you're in Tortola ...is the water you're taking on there suspect, and therefore needs to be purified for safety? Or is the water fine...you just want to filter it to improve the taste a bit? Or do you want to install a device that makes potable fresh water from sea water (water maker)?
When I google OzoneBlue, I don't get any results...just a bunch of sites promoting ozone water makers http://www.bigbrandwater.com/ozone.html ...so I'm guess that's what you're actually asking about.

We have an RO unit from Home Depot for cleaning the water we put into the tank. It's just for drinking and makes 5 gallons/day. I haven't installed it yet though. I tried the Carbon Filter, but it didn't help much... so we've been re-filling water jugs at the store for drinking. It was about $100 I think....
i put a pur onto my faucet--LOl...works great--cant even taste the tank anymore ...cheap too..LOL....under 30 dollars....gonna get more...for foot pump water, under sink cheapo model from the rv store that fits my tubing and i am good to go..i forget the brand name of that but it is also less than 30 dollars..i save my big bux stuff for important boat things like engines and shaft logs and such...and emergencies.......
