Water pump on O'Day 30

Where is the fresh water pressure pump supposed to be on a 1982 O'Day 30? We just purchased this boat and can't find it. Thanks!

I have an O'Day 322, and my pump is in the starboard settee in front of the galley. If you trace the water line from the tank(s), you should be able to find it....or turn the water on and listen for a "hmmmmmmm".

On the 34 it is under the settee aft of the head bulkhead.

On the 28 it's on the bulkhead inside the cabinet under the head sink.

Ours is in the port settee aft of the head bulkhead. I should 'hum' when you turn it on the pressure water.

Thanks for all the tips, still can't find where it is or was. The problem is when we turn on the power, there is no hum to find it. The boat has not had proper maintenance and care for a long time. We'll start tracing the water lines through the boat and find it or find where it is supposed to go. In the mean time, the dock hose works fine for washing dishes.

Just make sure you turn of the water at the hose bib on the dock and not leave it presureisrd some thing could brake and case your boat to flood and sink

Of course, it was in the most obvious place, the last hold I looked in, forward end of the starboard (dining) settee. No power to it, that's the next project getting the 12V working.
