I have an 85 Hunter 28.5. When I turn on the cold or hot water faucet in the head, I get water and the pump will cycle on an off normally. When I turn either the cold or hot water in the galley I don't get any water except possible a trickle and the pump does not cycle on. Any ideas?

Might be worth tracing the lines from the galley to their source and see if you can find a kink somewhere in the lines. You never know if they ran it in a good way when it was built or whether there's some piece of gear sitting on it. I had a similar issue on my Catalina 28. It has two water tanks, but one was not functioning because of a kink in the original tubing.

I would look for a blockage in the faucet if both hot and cold are affected with single spout.

Agree with the faucet tip as...

The aerator on the faucets can accumulate a lot of debris that will effectively reduce to a trickle or block the water flow. I clean them, and the water filter before the pump annually.
