A huge thank you to everyone who responded to my earlier question about my water problem. I thought I would give you a follow up report. I could not make it back to the boat the following weekend, so the bleach was in the tanks for two full weeks.... I figured I was in for the re-plumb of the century. I went below figured I would at least try the water pump out before I removed and replaced everything... WOW was I amazed! I had full line pressure to all faucets, and water was draining from both tanks. The pump would shut off after about 15-20 seconds after the faucets were turned off. I cycled the tanks full to empty about 5 times. I fired up the hot water heater and it worked as well. I think I lucked out.

Well...maybe...:)

You prob'ly didn't hurt the plumbing much, but all that bleach left in the system for two weeks didn't do the rubber and neoprene parts in your fresh water pump any good...and 15-20 seconds is a long time for the pump to keep running after you turn off the water unless it's refilling an accumulator. So keep your ear open for it to take longer and longer to turn off and/or cycling for no reason...'cuz those will be the first signs that the diaphragm and/or valve in it are failing. Repairs aren't expensive or difficult...just be sure to notice that they're starting to fail instead of waiting till they do.
