At one time I recall several products at marine stores intended for this purpose, but lately just one at WM. It is a clear liquid, smells faintly like chlorine and is in a 10 or 12 oz bottle. I forget the cost but I'm sure $5 or more. It blends at 1oz per 10 gals. As we carry 120 gals that does not go far. On top of that, it inconvenient to use as the bottle contents are not marked in ozs.

Does anyone out there know a safe ratio to use straight Chlorox for this purpose?

1 teaspoon Clorox Bleach per ten gallons of water

Ratio of Clorox Bleach to Water for Purification

2 drops of Regular Clorox Bleach per quart of water
8 drops of Regular Clorox Bleach per gallon of water
1/2 teaspoon Regular Clorox Bleach per five gallons of water
If water is cloudy, double the recommended dosages of Clorox Bleach.

Only use Regular Clorox Bleach (not Fresh Scent or Lemon Fresh). To insure that Clorox Bleach is at its full strength, rotate or replace your storage bottle minimally every three months.

Clorox Bleach Sanitizing Solution

To sanitize containers and utensils, mix 1 tablespoon Regular Clorox Bleach with one gallon of water. Always wash and rinse items first, then let each item soak in Clorox Bleach Sanitizing Solution for 2 minutes. Drain and air dry.
Peggy Hall has recommendations posted on this site. For commissioning I use 1/2 cup per 30 gallons.
