Water leaks around life line stanchions

I have water leaks around the life line stanchions. I can get to the nut that holds the stanchion bracket located above the head, but I do not know how to get to the amidship stanchion bracket on the starboard side.

My question is can I get to that nut without cutting into the fiberglass liner on the inside of the boat?

Any help would be appreciated.

Don't know the answer to your question. However, are you sure that is where the leak is? I have a small leak on the port side and I am still trying to find it....
