HELP!! I just "inherited" a Catalina 25. The boat was left uncovered for several seasons and there was about ten inches of standing water in the cockpit (not the bilges). I can't seem to locate a drain to get the water out. Is there a cockpit drain somewhere? If not, any suggestions on getting the water out? I used a pool cover pump to take out most of it, but I need to power wash the inside and this method won't be as effective when I do that. Thanks in advance for your help.

C25 Cockpit Drain

Greg There should be two holes in the transom at the aft end of the cockpit deck to drain the area. It could be that the boat was stored bow down, so the water didn't get out the aft end. Also for your reference, there's a great group of folks at the related link who are "specialists" in your boat. Stu

Wow, that was quick. I'll check next weekend when I work on the boat. Thanks for your help, and the link. Greg.
