Can anyone give me some advice on how and with what to replace the manual head faucet with an electric one? The only use of water on the boat is for the head, and it gets used a lot. The manual faucet leaks and has popped out of the fixture. please help!!

Do you mean having water available by
just turning on the faucet like at home? I don't know of any electric faucet that does this but if you're referring to a pressure water system, this requires the addition of an electric water pump plumbed into your waterlines as well as the addition of some wiring, a fuse and an on/off switch to your electrical panel. And that's the extent of my knowledge on this subject.
