My water heater needs replacing,does anyone know the model or campany that produced it? Or,would the West Marine 20 gallon water heater work? Thank you for your time!

made your water heater (as they do for all Catalina sailboats). Their web site is: http://www.seawardproducts.com/ Either look on their web site or call them on a land line and talk to a real person to determine the exact replacement for your water heater. It is unlikely that a West marine water heater would be a drop=in replacement for your current defunct one. Steve Alchemist C-380

Just a thought...
Does the whole HW heater realy need to be replaced???? Usally the thermostat or element in the tank is all that goes on these units unless the actual tank is leaking but not likly???? The unit should be a 6 gallon unit and NOT a 20 gallon unit. I wish I had a 20 gallon tank on my boat....
