Water Evidence inside at anchor locker

I just noticed last month that my 36 Hunter has water in the V berth on the wood covering the anchor locker. If you had to start to trace it down, where would you start? This boat has a stepped mast, and the wiring thru deck is suppose to stop water. And the hatch area is dry. Any help will be appreciated !

Is there supposed to be a drain in the locker?

Check the windless if talking the wood top front of vee berth than check windless and take that wood down for look at windless.

Try around the anchor locker pan, and like Nick said around the windless. Check back in the forums. A long time ago I remember a thread about this. Maybe someone said water can run through the windless. After that I kept a plastic bag over it.
