Water entering when engine is running

I have some water entering when the engine is running. It is about 1/2 cup per minute but adds up when heading out to sail. Somewhere near water muffler, but water is not warm so doubtful it is water muffler. Doesn't really look like near the shaft but hard to tell. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Cool water with no antifreeze in it, check the strainer, thru-hull on raw water side while at the dock with motor running. In the past I've used paper towels to trace the waters path.
