Water down the inside of the mast

Does anyone else get rain water down the inside of the mast?

It's leaking out at the base and getting under the floorboards.

If you have experienced this and stopped it let me know.

I assume you have a keel stepped mast. If that is the case you can't stop it. However there should be a weep hole at the mast step that directs water to the bilge. On our 381 the weep hole would clog up and then it would seep all along the step vs being directed to the weep hole and then into a channel direct to the bilge.

Thanks for the response It is keel stepped and unfortunately I was only able to stay onboard long enough to lift the deck sections out of the water. A weep hole makes sense. I will look for it tomorrow and no doubt find it clogged.
