Ted, the link is to a photo article of my holding tank retrofit. It is high enough that it drains very well indeed by gravity, needing no pump to discharge it. On your question about windlass for the H33, you might first put a bow roller on if you don't already have one. Photo forum articles for the H33 show that also and also a bowsprit retrofit. With a bow roller, raising anchor is not so onerous for the H33. Best way to do it is to sit on the aft edge of the anchor locker with your feet inside, and use mostly your back to raise the anchor. Even with 60 ft of chain rode, this seems to work for me just fine and I am 68.
