Posted a couple of weeks ago about a new factory installed battery (last August) that had only gone through one deep discharge and couldn't hold a charge above 11 volts. I called the dealer and told him that the battery was still under warranty and appeared to have a bad cell. Turns out there was a batch of batteries that had defects from the factory. This was an interstate brand battery for anyone who has a 4D size battery they may have purchased in the last year or so.
