Depends on the type of machine - if it's a front loader that doesn't have an agitation pole in the middle like the top loaders, you're probably OK. Just use the gentlest cycle possible. And be very careful about detergents. Better yet, Google "Doyle Sail Lofts" and call one on the phone - they will give you the best advice. Good luck.
