I don't think these washer/dryer combos are specific to boats. Just search for them on the internet. I would think that getting one with a stainless interior & exterior would be advantageous in the long run.

Bosch & LG (and several others) make some very nice vent-less units

You are going to have to be on shore power or have a 10000KW genset to run an electric dryer so I'd be looking for a gas model.

A gas model if you need to be on the hook while doing the wash. The washer also uses a LOT of fresh water ........ so I'm leaning toward Kermit's solution.

Bill brings up a good point. Unless you're at a dock, water and power are a huge concern. If we're at a marina, there's usually a laundry.

Splendide makes a great little unit. Will handle 9lbs of laundry and weighs 128lbs. They have vent less and vented models. Figure 24" x 24" by 33" high. Had a used one in an RV for 6 years. Worked great.
