I have a 2004 Hunter 306 sailboat. The two smoked-glass windows have warped outward, breaking the seal and allowing water into the cabin. This is probably due to the sun's heat. What can I do? Replace the windows? Add lots more sealant? Has anyone else had this problem. Thanks! Dan (danwwagner@aol.com)

If the acrylic is still clear and uncrazed you can r/r them. There is usually screw holes around the edge . These are used to temporarily secure the material while the sealant cures. The normal product that Hunter has used to rebel these units is DOW 795.

You will want to be sure that both surfaces are void of any sealant. There is also a cleaner that you may want to use to prepare the surfaces.

If you need new acrylic you may want to contact SBO for availability.
